How Thai Express built trust with every customer
Near-total adoption, with no friction at the till.
The problem
Paper cards frustrated everyone. Customers lost them or left them at home. A small friction that quietly wore the experience down, service after service.
Privacy was not negotiable. With a loyal, regular clientele, Thai Express needed a solution that kept its customers anonymous.
What changed
The switch was easier than expected. Even the customers attached to paper took to it straight away: the app was clear enough that they moved over on their own, without the team having to explain it.
Rewards fire by themselves. Nothing to track, nothing to tick off; the programme runs in the background while the staff concentrate on service.
And Badger does not sell its users' data. A customer stays anonymous, except at the moment they reach the till.
The result
Today almost all of their customers use Badger.
The surprise came from elsewhere: someone walked in for the first time after finding Thai Express in the app. The network turned out to be a channel for visibility as much as a loyalty tool.

Almost all our customers use it today. At the counter, it changes nothing about our pace.WanidaManager, Thai Express
