Customer engagement

Bring your customers back more often.

A loyalty programme that looks like you, targeted messages Badger sends on your behalf, and game mechanics that make people want to come back.

The balance

One balance per business, good in all your locations.

Your customers collect points by paying at your counter. One balance, valid across all your locations: they earn here, they spend there, without asking you for anything.

The bigger the basket, the faster the balance grows. Yours to choose: points follow the amount spent, or you award a fixed number.

The programme

A loyalty programme that looks like you.

We build it with you: your rewards, their thresholds, the pace at which they land. A free coffee at 200 points, a discount at 600, whatever you want at the price you want.

Changed your mind on a Tuesday morning? You change the price, and it is done. Nothing to reprint, nothing to explain again.

The messages

A direct channel to stay in touch with your customers.

Badger tells your customers when a reward is close, when it is available, and when you have something to announce. You write nothing.

Every scan becomes a moment: progress is visible, the reward unlocks, and the urge to come back arrives with it. That is what turns a visit into a habit.

The wallet

From your pocket to your Wallet.

Your customers add Badger to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and find their code at the counter without opening the app. A modern experience, and one less bit of friction at the moment of paying.

The till

A native Lightspeed integration.

Sales, products and customers sync directly, with no complicated setup. Points go out at the moment of payment, and nobody at the counter has to enter anything.

The results

See what it brings you.

Measure the effect on your revenue, on how often people visit, and on the average basket, straight from your till data.

Your best customers, how often they come back, and what a loyalty customer spends compared with someone passing through.

365 days, and every visit extends them.

Points expire after twelve months without activity, and every visit pushes that date back for the whole balance. One date per customer, which a single visit moves, where the big chains expire each batch separately on a calculation nobody does in their head.

What business owners ask first.

Does it slow down my till?

"I was looking for something that would not slow me down at peak hours. It could not be simpler." Abdou, PokeMe, Lausanne. Two seconds per customer.

Do I have to train my team?

One sentence to remember and a scan. There are no rules to explain to the customer: the balance and the rewards are in their app.

What if a customer misses their points?

A refund adjusts the points automatically, and the customer is told. An offline till credits nothing, and that is the only situation where a visit does not count. It can be made up afterwards.

Will my customers really use it?

"A customer told us he discovered our place through Badger. People love it: no more paper, it is simple and practical. Today almost all our customers use it." Wanida, Thai Express, Lausanne.

How long does it take my customers to sign up?

As long as it takes to download the app and scan once. Nothing to fill in at the counter, nothing for your team to explain.

Where are the servers?

In Switzerland and the European Economic Area, principally in Frankfurt. The detail, including the few tools that pass through the United States, is in our privacy policy.
