Google reviews

More positive reviews, less effort. Badger takes care of it.

Badger asks for the review on your behalf, at the right moment, and only of customers who have already come back. You never have to ask at the counter again.

The request

The request goes out on its own, once the customer has returned.

Nobody asks anything at the counter. Badger sends the request on your behalf once the visit is over, and only from the second one onwards. A customer who came back rarely writes what a passer-by writes.

Your team has nothing to remember and nothing to recite mid-service. It is the part of the job everyone forgets to do.

The threshold

Lukewarm feedback stays with you.

You set the rating from which a review goes to Google. Above it, the customer is sent to your listing. Below it, their rating and comment stay in Badger, visible to you alone.

You get back what helps you fix something, without it settling in public under your name.

Measure the impact

You see what Badger changed, and what would have happened without it.

The dashboard separates the reviews that arrived on their own from the ones Badger triggered, with the number of requests sent, the number of reviews actually written and the average rating.

The reviews that stayed internal are listed separately, with their rating and their comment.

Nobody left to ask at the counter.

Asking for a review to someone's face is the kind of thing you forget to do. Connect your Google Business listing once, from your dashboard, and Badger asks on your behalf, at the right moment.

What business owners ask first.

Does Google allow this?

Yes. Asking your customers for a review is allowed, and Google explicitly recommends it. What is forbidden is paying for a review or writing one on the customer’s behalf. Badger does neither: we ask at the right moment, and your customer writes what they want, or nothing at all.

What if a customer gives me a bad rating?

Below the threshold you set, the review does not go to Google: it reaches you in Badger, with the comment. You decide what to do with it.
