Your stamps are becoming points

On 1 September 2026, Badger moves from stamp cards to points. Good news: you lose nothing, your balance is already in the app.

Nothing changes at the counter

You show your code, someone scans it. Same as before.

Points on every visit

Every visit that earns points adds to your balance with that business. You then trade those points for a reward it offers: the price comes off your balance, and the rest waits for next time.

Some businesses offer several rewards at different thresholds, and can change them whenever they like.

Redeeming happens in the app

You open the reward, the business scans it, and it is yours.

Your history, visit by visit

A new page gathers your visits: the points you earned, the ones you spent, and where. If a total surprises you, you can see where it came from.

Messages, when they matter

The app tells you when a reward becomes available, when points are approaching their expiry, or when a business you visit is offering something. You control all of it in your phone's settings.

What to know about points

• They stay with the business where you earned them. There is no exchange between businesses.
• They are valid for 12 months after your last point-earning visit to that business. Every new point-earning visit restarts the 12 months, for your whole balance with it.
• Deleting your Badger account permanently removes your points. Spend them first if you want to use them.
• Badger can correct points credited by mistake for up to 12 months, and you have the same 12 months to challenge anything to do with your points.
