Google reviews

We are delighted to unveil our new update, which will multiply your Google reviews.
Why this update?
Talking to you and to more than 50 shops, Google reviews came up again and again. So we decided to tackle them before turning to other features for growing your visibility.
The problem with Google reviews
Fewer than 1% of customers leave a review, and more than 75% of them read reviews before choosing where to eat. A good Google reputation is now essential to being visible locally.
Several of you also mentioned that many customers only leave a review when they are unhappy, despite plenty of good experiences in the past.
And we know that asking customers for reviews is tiring work, one that staff rarely do.
The opportunity
Asking for a review should no longer be an effort, so we decided to automate it. Badger takes care of the asking for you: a notification goes out to your customers 30 minutes after their visit.
The request starts from the second visit: if they came back, the odds of a good review double.
Fewer negative reviews
It is simple: if the star rating is good, we send the customer on to Google to publish the review; if it is not, the review stays in the app, visible only to you.
The pilot
If you are reading this, you have been selected to take part in the pilot. Fifteen businesses are taking part in total. We will test different kinds of notification and the best moments to make the request.
If you have questions, please do get in touch. We would be more than glad to talk it through and hear what you think.
See you soon!
